Perlage is well-known not only for its Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, but also for its organic white wines. Our still white wines aim to convey the aromas and flavours of unique territories, from the marvellous Veneto and Friuli valley to the lands of central Italy.

In the Perlage selection stands out an elegant Pinot Grigio, whose homonymous vine-variety is precious, stingy in production, but prodigal for its intense organoleptic characteristics. Another still white wine is Borgo Faveri Bianco that is round and enveloping on the palate.

The white grapes used to produce it are grown according to biodynamic viticulture methods, therefore this wine has obtained the biodynamic Demeter certification.
