Prà Giarin is the new still wine in our Premium line. Among ancient meadows (Prà) and fine gravel (Giarin), vineyards grow that give freshness and aromatic depth. Prà Giarin takes shape in amphorae, Clayver vessels, and oak barrels, blending tradition and innovation. Made from organically grown Chardonnay and Moscato Giallo grapes, it rests on the lees for eight months and is refined for 12 months.

The cellar

Food pairing Its complexity, combined with lively acidity and pronounced savoriness, makes it the ideal companion for an aperitif with charcuterie and aged cheese, as well as for accompanying a dinner featuring flavorful fish dishes, oysters, or gratinéed vegetables.
